The 4 starting points ( Jacques Cartier Bridge, Père-Marquette Park, Corner rachel/St-Michel and Maisonneuve Park) are all accessible by metro. It is by far the easiest and the most efficient way to travel in Montreal during the event.
Most of our runners arrive by metro. Use the YELLOW metro line and exit at the Jean-Drapeau station. The Jacques-Cartier bridge is 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the metro station (please follow indications.) Also, be sure to arrive early enough to be on time at your at your starting line.
Use ORANGE metro line and exit at the Rosemont station. From the station, you can either use the shuttle service or walk to the start line. The line is located approximately 1km from the metro station. To get there, you make a right just outside the metro on Rosemont avenue (eastbound). Then make another right on Marquette (southbound). The Père-Marquette Park is at the corner of Marquette and Des Carrières streets.
Use the GREEN metro line and exit at the Joliette metro station. You can walk on Joliette street (northbound), turn left on Rachel: the starting line is at the corner of Rachel and St-Michel.
Use the GREEN metro line and exit at the Viau metro station. From there, you can walk up on Viau ( northbound). The starting point very easy to reach. It is on Viau street corner of des Mélèzes.
